Pickup Instructions 1. Two Days Before Pickup Please add our customer service on WeChat (ID: greatrentals01) at least two days in advance. Confirm your flight number, arrival time, and pickup location. 2. International Terminal Pickup Area Exit through Door 5 and cross the road. You’ll see a covered walkway. Follow this walkway for about 5 minutes to reach the designated airport pickup area. Contact our staff and wait for your pickup. Note: If you need to pick up or return the car outside of business hours, contact us before 4:00 p.m. local time to arrange this service, which costs NZD 50. Alternatively, you may pick up the car the next business day. 3. Domestic Terminal Pickup Area The domestic pickup area is by Door 7, near the Jetstar Building. Please wait there for our shuttle service.
