Domestic arrivals – Our pickup location is beneath the Control Tower, near the Jetstar exits by Door 7 (see map). 2. International arrivals – Pick-ups are located at the 'off-site shuttle transfers' area, a short undercover walk from the terminal. Exit door 8 and follow the signs for Off-site Shuttle Transfers (see map). 3. If no Hire Vehicle Transfer Shuttle vehicle is waiting in the bay, please call the above number so we can arrange transport for you promptly.
