Call us on 0064 276682628 once ready for shuttle pick up between 9am - 6pm Monday to Sunday. $50 NZD after hours service will be charged from 18:01 to 20:00. For international airport: Please exit through Door 4, and follow 'Off-site shuttle transfer' sign to shuttle picking up point. Do NOT go inside of new transport hub building in front of door 4. For domestic airport: Please wait outside of door 8 (outside of Jetstar counter), shuttlebus will stop in front of you. Please note: Valid original physical driver license and English Translation (if driver license is non-English) are required for collecting your car. $1,000 NZD pre-authorization deposit will apply on driver’s valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard ONLY, NO debit card).

드롭오프 (반납) 안내

Please ensure that on the day of drop-off, you refuel the vehicle at the designated petrol station. The addresses for the petrol stations are: Waitomo Fuel Station at 33 Richard Pearse Drive, Māngere, Auckland, or Mobil Fuel Station at 747 Massey Road, Māngere, Auckland. After refueling, return the vehicle to our store located at 40 Ascot Road, Māngere, Auckland. Please keep the petrol receipt as failure to fully refuel will result in a $30 NZD service charge. Our staff will require 15-30 minutes to inspect the vehicle before sending you to the airport in a timely manner. We recommend allowing at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights for the return of the vehicle. Avoid parking the vehicle inside the airport to avoid additional charges. Our store operates from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm local time. An after-hours service fee of $50 NZD will be applied for returns between 18:01 to 20:00. Thank you.
