차를 받는데 한 시간 반이나 걸렸습니다! 제가 예약한 것은 7인승 벤츠였지만, 신용카드 문제로 인해 폭스바겐으로 변경되었습니다. 게다가 250km의 주행 거리 제한이 있었고 초과 시 추가 요금을 내야 한다는 사실을 알게 되었습니다. 정말 최악의 경험이었습니다!

전체적인 서비스는 괜찮았어요. 하지만 QEEQ 플랫폼에서 보여준 차량이 실제로는 없었던 것 같아요. 이 부분은 QEEQ 플랫폼과 렌터카 회사가 더 잘 연결해야 할 것 같아요. 저희 예약 차량은 RAV4였는데, 실제 받은 차량은 푸조 3008였어요. 차량 크기는 괜찮고 운전하기도 좋았지만 연비가 좋지는 않았어요. 차량 픽업과 반환 과정은 매우 신속했고, 보험이나 기타 상품의 강매도 없었어요. 마지막에 저희는 예약 시간보다 한 시간 이상 빨리 반납했는데 일부 금액을 환불받았고, 보증금과 환불금도 함께 처리됐어요. 마침 할로윈 휴가 시즌(10월 31일)이라, 연휴 후에 바로 입금되었어요. 꽤 믿을 만했어요. 참, 중요한 점은 국내 렌터카와 다른 점인데요, 차량을 받을 때 연료가 가득 차 있지 않았어요. 그래서 고속도로에 올라서자마자 급히 연료를 채웠어요. 반납 때는 연료를 약간 더 넣어서 반납했는데, 이 부분은 조금 불편했어요.

아침 10시에 정시에 도착했는데, 직원이 제 차량이 있다고 하면서도 제 주문 우선순위가 낮아 차량을 제공할 수 없다고 했습니다. 가장 빠르면 저녁 8시라고 하더군요. 아무런 사전 통보도 없었고, 결국 제 주문은 취소되었습니다. 이 회사를 절대 피하세요.
