About 30 minutes before your pick-up time, you’ll be able to see your car details in the app — the car’s location, the license plate and a photo of the car in the car park. If you still can’t find the car, call us at +44 7818 005232. Once you’ve found the car, you can start your rental and unlock the doors in the app. Make sure you have Bluetooth turned on. During your whole rental, you can use the app to unlock/lock the doors. Internet connection is needed to download the virtual key to the app. After that, only bluetooth is necessary.
