If you arrive at KLIA Terminal 2, please wait in the Arrival Hall on Level 2, Door 1. 4. Our store's business hours are from 08:00 to 22:00, but it may close earlier based on daily reservations. 5. Therefore, if your flight is delayed, please be sure to contact the store or customer service 3-48 hours in advance to inform us of your late arrival to avoid any issues with picking up your car. 6. The grace period is 1 hour. 7. Any delays or late notifications resulting in a failed pickup will be considered a NOSHOW.
