The rental office is located on the ground level of the ParkRoyal Hotel, opposite Terminals T1, T2, and T3, behind the large Melbourne sign. If you arrive at Terminal T4, make your way outside to Terminal T3 to cross the road . Please proceed to the office to complete your rental contract.

When approaching the airport area, follow the road signs marked "Car Rental Returns." After passing through the center road traffic light, keep right and watch for overhead signs indicating "Car Rental Returns" at the entrance. Enter through the Car Rental Return car park entrance. An unsealed road refers to a constructed or formed road that is not sealed with a hard material, such as tar, bitumen or concrete. Rental cars can only be driven on sealed/bitumen or well maintained roads.Vehicles are not to be taken above the snow line unless Snow Cover has been purchased.Excluded from the protection is driving on beaches or through streams, dams, rivers or flood water. Vehicles are permitted to travel to the below islands only: • Kangaroo Island • Stradbroke Island • Magnetic Island • Bribie Island • Phillip Island • Bruny Island
