Christchurch Airport Pick-Up Procedures (6:00 am to 8:00 pm) When you're ready for pick-up, please call us at 0800 00 11 10 (available from pay phones; ask airport staff for the nearest one), 03 343 6943, or 021 247 0346. Then, proceed to the nearest collection area. - Domestic & International arrivals: Our pick-up location is on level 0, downstairs. With Air New Zealand check-in behind you, exit through doors 1 or 2. Look for our Hire Vehicle Transfer Shuttle, and one of our friendly staff will assist you. The drive to our branch where your vehicle is located takes approximately 5 minutes.

Christchurch Airport Drop-Off Procedures (6:00 am to 8:00 pm) - Drive your car to our branch at 6 Sir Keith Park Place, Harewood, Christchurch 8051, just 2.2 km from the terminal. One of our friendly staff will check in your vehicle and ensure all paperwork is up to date. We will then take you to your departure terminal via our Hire Vehicle Transfer Shuttle. - Please allow an extra sixty (60) minutes before your required check-in/reporting time for your flight to ensure timely arrival at the terminal. - For flights departing at or before 6 am, we recommend using our after-hours service for a smooth experience. See the next section for details. - Ensure that the fuel tank is full upon return; otherwise, a $50 refueling charge plus actual fuel costs will be applied to your credit card at return time. The nearest gas stations are Z Sawyers Arms (530 Sawyers Arms Road, Bishopdale) and Z Russley (2 Russley Road, Yaldhurst). - Additional charges may apply if the vehicle is returned in an unreasonable condition; these costs will also be charged to your credit card upon return.
