DOMESTIC ARRIVALS All Alamo customers at the Domestic Terminal will be serviced temporarily at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car counter located in Terminal 2. If you arrived via Terminal 2 please proceed towards the carousel arrivals area in Jetstar in Terminal 2 to find the Enterprise counter on the ground floor. If you arrived via Terminal 3, please exit the terminal and turn right, and walk for approximately 5 minutes following the signs to Terminal 2, where the Enterprise Rent-a-Car counter is located inside. Once the paperwork is completed, our friendly staff will direct you to our courtesy shuttle which will take you to your rental vehicle at our parking lot. The shuttle service to our parking lot at our Enterprise Mascot depot at 7 Coleman Street, Mascot, NSW, 2020 is approximately a 7-10 minute drive. Note: Due to Sydney Airport remedial works in the Domestic P1 car park, all Alamo domestic customers will be serviced in Terminal 2 and all car rental returns will be at 7 Coleman Street, Mascot, NSW, 2020. INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS Alamo customers arriving off international flights to Terminal 1 can make their way to our office in the arrivals hall after exiting the customs gates. Our friendly staff will complete your paperwork and give you directions to your vehicle, which is located a short walk from the terminal building.

Sydney International departures: If you are flying out on an international flight, please return your vehicle to Terminal 1. Follow the car rental signs and return your vehicle into a designated Alamo rental car bay. As soon as you are ready, return your vehicle keys to the Alamo desk inside the international terminal building. Sydney International Return Address: 8 Arrivals Court, Mascot, NSW, 2020 Sydney Domestic Departures: If you are departing from a domestic airline at either terminal 2 or 3, please return your vehicle to our nearby car rental depot at 9 Coleman Street Mascot.
