Board the Rental Car Center Shuttle. Upon arrival to the Rental Car Center, please proceed to the Alamo Rent A Car counter on the 2nd floor.nnFrom Terminal 2, International Arrivals and baggage claims 16-20: Please exit baggage claim and proceed to the center median (follow blue Rental Car Center Shuttle signs). Shuttle stops are located in the center median of baggage claim 18 and 20. Upon arrival to the Rental Car Center, please proceed to the Alamo Rent A Car counter on the 2nd floor.nnFrom Terminal 2, baggage claims 21-31: Please exit the building. Once outside, please follow the blue Rental Car Facility signs and cross the street at Baggage Claim Crosswalk #s 26 or 31 to the Rental Car Facility and proceed up to the 2nd Floor to the Alamo Rent A Car counter.nSelf service kiosks available, no need to line up and wait at rental desk.

Returning customers can follow “Rental Car Return” signs to the Daniel K. Inouye Honolulu International Airport. As you enter the Rental Car return lane, you must remain in the left lane and follow the return signs for Alamo Rent A Car returns. You will be directed to loop around the helical ramp on the ground floor. DO NOT go up the ramp. We are located on the first floor of the parking garage. Please turn left into our consolidated return lanes. For afterhours returns, please pull all the way forward and park the vehicle in the return lane. Lock the vehicle and place the rental keys in the key drop box located on the side of the Return Booth.

Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven into Canada, with the exception of 12 or 15 passenger vans,cargo van，luxury cars but must be returned to the United States unless Renter has pre-arranged with Provider to drop the vehicle off at one of Provider’s approved locations in Canada whereby a transborder fee may apply.
