Ensure you bring your luggage to the agreed upon spot. Our staff will be waiting for you and will maintain communication throughout. 3. Present your valid identification and order number; our staff will verify your identity and reservation details. 4. Complete the deposit payment, surrender the keys, and undergo a vehicle inspection with our staff. They will provide you with any important information. 5. Begin your journey. Please note: pick-up during regular business hours is complimentary. Additional charges may apply for pick-ups outside of business hours. In case of emergencies, please call +1 9055976889. (For airport pick-ups outside of business hours, the pick-up process may vary depending on the circumstances.)

1. To return the rental car, please contact Aucomm staff in advance to arrange the return location. You can park the car at the designated spot at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) where Aucomm staff will be waiting for you and will stay in touch throughout the process. 2. When returning the vehicle, hand over the keys and conduct a vehicle check with the Aucomm staff to conclude the service. Please note that returning the car at the airport during regular working hours is free of charge. Additional fees may apply for returns outside of these hours. In case of an emergency, please call +1 9055976889. If the return is outside of working hours and at the airport, the return method will be determined based on the situation. Customers have the option to arrange the return at the airport store or at another agreed-upon location with the store. (Pick-up fees vary based on distance).
