Once a pick-up date is confirmed, a Big Thumb representative will directly contact you. Big Thumb will inform you of a meeting point, and will provide the name and picture of its representative responsible for the pick-up. There is no counter at the terminal, and the Big Thumb representative will meet you to proceed to the car pick-up. If you wish to reschedule the pick-up time, please contact Big Thumb in advance (03 9200 888). If the pick-up takes place outside working hours – which are from 08:00 to 21:00 – Big Thumb will charge 70MYR of service costs, as mentioned in the initial price quotation. In the unlikely event of accident, please contact Big Thumb immediately.
