Free shuttle bus service. Arrival Instructions for Terminal 2 (T2) The designated meeting point is located just outside the Arrivals Hall, beneath the three large flags — the Bulgarian flag, the European Union flag, and the Sofia Airport flag. Please wait directly under the flags and call us once you arrive so we can send the shuttle to pick you up. We provide a free shuttle service from T2 to our office; customers must contact us upon arrival for pickup. Arrival Instructions for Terminal 1 (T1) For arrivals at Terminal 1, our shuttle stops in front of the Customs Building, which is situated on the left side of the Arrivals Hall. Once you have landed, please call us so we can dispatch the shuttle to meet you at T1. The Surprice Car Rentals office is located between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, within the car rental area.
