Upon arrival of an aircraft, proceed down the escalator to collect your luggage. Once you have collected your luggage, proceed out the sliding doors and up the escalators onto the skywalk. Once you are on the skywalk, continue to the elevators in the multistory carpark, to the right of the escalators (located in the middle). The Redspot counter is located on level 1 (Car Rental), to the right side of the multi-story carpark if you are facing away from the terminal.
