If you arrive at Nagoya Station by rail, please exit via the Taiko-dori Gate after arriving. After exiting from the Taiko-dori Gate, please proceed in the direction of the blue arrows. Our pick-up location is in front of the 【Bic Camera building】. You will see the vehicle after crossing the crosswalk. Our vehicles are usually parked in front of Bic Camera or on the left side (to the left when facing Bic Camera), where our staff will be waiting for you. Please note our operating hours and charges to avoid additional fees: Free Service Hours: 08:30 – 18:00 (no extra charge). Chargeable Service Hours: 18:01 – 20:59: 3,000 JPY per occurrence 21:00 – 23:59: 5,000 JPY per occurrence 00:00 – 08:29: 5,000 JPY per occurrence

It is required to carry the original IDP issued by a government-authorized agency in the version of the 1949 convention, in the A6-sized booklet paper format, and the number of seats of the rented vehicle should comply with the driving category authorized by the IDP.

Taiwan Driving License in China + Japan Translation

For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.

Only A6-sized 1949 IDP is supported for picking up the car.
