As staff may be temporarily away for pick-up or drop-off services, if you do not see any staff, please contact our office. When making a reservation, please be sure to provide your arrival flight information. After meeting at the airport, we will take you to the office (approximately 10 minutes). ◆ JR Memanbetsu Station ◆ Customers who wish to be picked up at JR Memanbetsu Station are requested to call the office in advance to inform us of their arrival time. A shuttle vehicle with a “Budget Rent a Car” magnet will pick you up at the station rotary. After meeting, you will be guided to our office (approximately 10 minutes).

Original driving licence + IDP ( issued under the 1949 Convention)
It is required to carry the original IDP issued by a government-authorized agency in the version of the 1949 convention, in the A6-sized booklet paper format, and the number of seats of the rented vehicle should comply with the driving category authorized by the IDP.
Taiwan Driving License in China + Japan Translation
For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
If you use an IDP issued in the Philippines to pick up a rental car, you must also bring your Philippine passport and Philippine driver's license.
