The meeting point is at the International Terminal, 1st floor, pick-up/drop-off area. Exit through A2 or A3, cross the pedestrian crossing, and find our vehicle at parking spot No.15. Once you arrive at the designated location, please contact us again via Line or WhatsApp. (The shuttle vehicle will be waiting at parking spot No.15. Please look for the vehicle with the OKS logo.) When adding us on Line or WhatsApp, please send us your reservation details (reservation name, pick-up date & time, return date & time).

For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
Original driving licence + IDP ( issued under the 1949 Convention)
It is required to carry the original IDP issued by a government-authorized agency in the version of the 1949 convention, in the A6-sized booklet paper format, and the number of seats of the rented vehicle should comply with the driving category authorized by the IDP.
