After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email inviting you to add us on social media (WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat). Please contact us through these platforms before arriving at the destination. Our staff will arrive early at the agreed location to assist you. Since this is a service station, it is essential to add the social media contact provided in our email; otherwise, you may not be able to pick up your vehicle on time. Note: Our normal business hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. If you change your pick-up or return time outside of these hours, additional charges will apply. Extra fees may also be incurred during business hours. We will provide pricing details once the group is created.

It is required to carry the original IDP issued by a government-authorized agency in the version of the 1949 convention, in the A6-sized booklet paper format, and the number of seats of the rented vehicle should comply with the driving category authorized by the IDP.
