After complete the car booking, if the customer have any question and want to ask, he/she can contact our customer service center by Phone and Email. Our staff will help you. Car Pickup Procedure: Our staff will contact you before 1 day of car pickup schedule by Email/WhatsApp/WeChat/Line/KakaoTalk. We will provide free shuttle service from New Chitose Airport Hokkaido to the store. Our staff will bring the customer from the airport to the store and hand over the car.

  For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.

  Hongkong Driving License in China + IDP ( issued under the 1949 Convention)

  It is required to carry the original IDP issued by a government-authorized agency in the version of the 1949 convention, in the A6-sized booklet paper format, and the number of seats of the rented vehicle should comply with the driving category authorized by the IDP.

  Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

  Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.
