Working hour Pick-up instruction (Between 07:00am – 07:00pm): Once you have collected your luggage please call 0800 801166 and let us know that you're ready to be picked up by our shuttle. Usually, the shuttle bus will arrive around 10-15 mins. (Depending on the traffic conditions). Follow the signs for transfers and exit at door D where you will find the shuttle transfer area. The Shuttle Transfer Area is outside the AIR NEW ZEALAND Check-in Area. Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the Best Car Rental Shuttle van and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection.
