Please contact us as soon as you have collected your luggage. For passengers arriving at Terminal 1: If you are at the North Wing, please proceed to Exit N2. If you are at the South Wing, please proceed to Exit S2. Go straight out of the exit and cross the road directly in front of the terminal to the third street. Our staff will be waiting near the roadway with a shuttle marked to take you to our store. The ride takes about 10 minutes. For passengers arriving at Terminal 2: If you exit from Arrival Gate A, turn right and go straight. If you exit from Arrival Gate B, turn left and go straight. Go straight along the path, passing the Information Counter, and continue toward the Central Exit. Once at the Central Exit, cross the road directly in front of the terminal to the third street. Our staff will be waiting near the roadway with a shuttle to take you to our store. The ride takes about 15 minutes. For the services of dedicated personnel picking up the vehicle at the door and dedicated personnel delivering the vehicle at the door, the fees need to be paid at the store. Both services are charged at 7000 JPY per time. After placing an order, you need to contact the store to inform them of the service. The service scope shall be subject to the notice from the store.

주 운전자와 추가 운전자는 본의명의 실물 운전면허증을 제출해야 합니다. 면허증 발급기간은 최소 1 년 이상이여야 하며 심각한 벌점이 없어야 합니다.

외국인 운전자 일 경우 아래 문서를 지참해야 합니다.

Taiwan Driving License in China + Japan Translation

For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
