Official Instructions: Things you must do before picking up your car: 1. Contact your WaHero (person in charge) 30 minutes before picking up your car. If you are caught in traffic and may be late for car collection, you must notify your WaHero. Failure to notify may result in you having to wait longer to get your car because each PIC has his schedule for serving clients. 2. Bring your driver's license and identification card/passport. It is only for verification. We only allow the driver listed on your reservation to pick up the car. 3. Bring your checkout slip with you. You can save it to your phone or take a screenshot of it to show to the person in charge before picking up your vehicle. 4. Sign the electronic inspection form. The goal of completing the inspection form is to ensure that you verify the vehicle's condition, whether it is in good shape, and indicate any existing scratches or dents. 5. Get the key and start driving.

Return Procedure Upon returning your car, you need to: 1. Refill the tank with the same quantity of fuel you received when you picked up the vehicle. 2. Inspect the vehicle for any new scratches, dents, or damage, notify your WaHero (person in charge), and then sign the e-inspection form. 3. Remove all your items and belongings from the rental car. After you have returned the automobile, we won't be held liable for any missing items.

주 운전자와 추가 운전자는 본의명의 실물 운전면허증을 제출해야 합니다. 면허증 발급기간은 최소 2 년 이상이여야 하며 심각한 벌점이 없어야 합니다.

외국인 운전자 일 경우 아래 문서를 지참해야 합니다.
