When clients arrive at the Arrivals Hall, after collecting their luggage, they have to exit the Baggage Claim hall and go to the left to catch the bus. They have to go up to floor 1 (Departures). When customers exit the elevator, they have to exit through the last door on the right and wait there for our staff. To get to the office, there is a shuttle bus available between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. lf the shuttle is not there at the moment, you need to wait for a few minutes or contact our customer service department.
