Customer should proceed to the Preferred booth on level 1 of the rental facility. CAR RETURN Return car to the Rental Facility, following the signage. The shuttle bus will take customers to the terminal.

Driver's licenses printed in a non-Roman alphabet (such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit.

Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.
Renters who have indicated a country of residence outside of the United States or Canada will be also required to present A return airline ticket.
