The office is located in the consolidated car rental village. Customers will travel to and from the office by boarding the car-rental shuttle buses, these are available from 5AM to midnight at 10-minute intervals from outside each of Terminals 1, 2, 3 and the car rental village. Once at the Car Rental Village please proceed inside to the rental counter.

UK Driving License（with DVLA check code/DVLA endorsement record）
In addition to your licence, either a valid and up to date DVLA licence check code or a printed DVLA endorsement record must be provided for all Approved Drivers. These can be obtained from the DVLA website (www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence).
