매장에 갔더니 카ロー라는 없다고 하고, 직원이 SUV로 업그레이드해주겠다고 하더라고요. 근데 둘이 짐도 많지 않아서 그냥 작은 세단을 원한다고 했더니 마쓰다3을 가져왔어요. 카ロー라랑 동급이라고는 했는데 실제로 보니 카ロー라보다 살짝 작은 느낌이었고, 겉에 잔기스가 조금 있긴 했지만 전체적으로 상태는 괜찮았어요. 여행 내내 문제 없이 잘 탔고, 반납할 때도 대충 한 번 훑어보고 바로 OK 해줘서 편했습니다.

기다리는 시간도 거의 없었고, 차 옵션도 꽤 좋아서 만족했어요. 반납하고 나서는 공항 근처 호텔까지 태워다 줘서 서비스가 정말 괜찮았어요!

픽업 장소가 멜버른 공항 밖이긴 하지만, 셔틀이 자주 다니고 이동 시간도 짧아서 크게 불편하지 않았어요. 기사분도 아주 친절했습니다.

그냥저냥 무난했어요

렌터카 직원들 응대가 꽤 친절했고, 차량 픽업이랑 교환 속도도 전반적으로 빨라서 좋았어요. 시내에 있는 지점이라 위치도 정말 편리했고요. 반납할 때 미처 못 봤던 스크래치가 하나 있었는데, 직원이 바로 예전에 자기들이 낸 흠집이라고 확인해줘서 안심됐습니다.

Europcar가 어떻게 CX5랑 Kona를 같은 등급으로 묶는지는 잘 모르겠지만, 어쨌든 이번에 받은 차는 상태가 정말 새 차처럼 좋았어요. 트렁크도 24인치 캐리어 3개가 딱 맞게 들어갈 정도로 공간 넉넉했고, Kona 하이브리드라 그런지 그레이트 오션 로드 달릴 때 연비가 리터당 4L대로 꽤 잘 나왔어요.
