During office hours: On arrival at Edinburgh Airport, please collect your baggage and proceed to the UK Arrivals area. Once there, please call us on 0131 333 0347 from your own phone and we will come and collect you (this number should be used for airport collection only). Alternatively, you can reach us via our courtesy phone located in the terminal by dialling 1312. The shuttle bus collection point is bus stop 1 in the coach park. Please note Bus Stop 1 sits on it’s own at the opposite side to the other bus stops in the coach park. If arriving in May, June, July or August, please make your way to the shuttle bus collection point at bus stop 1 in the coach park. Our shuttle bus is regular during the summer months, however, if you have waited 10 minutes or longer, please call us on 0131 333 0347.

In addition to your licence, either a valid and up to date DVLA licence check code or a printed DVLA endorsement record must be provided for all Approved Drivers. These can be obtained from the DVLA website (www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence).
