Your pick-up/drop-off location will be the airport parking lot. 1. As the car pick-up/return location is not a physical store, our staff will drive each car to the designated location based on the scheduled time. Please ensure that you pick up and return the car at the specified time and location. 2. The car rental company offers a free waiting time of up to 20 minutes (from 8:30 to 20:00). If the guest fails to arrive within this time frame, it will be considered a no-show, and the staff will leave promptly without any refund. 3. If you need to wait longer, a waiting fee of 500JPY per 10 minutes (between 8:30 and 20:00) will apply. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but due to scheduling constraints, we may not always be able to offer the option of "charged waiting." 4. Additional fees may apply for a re-delivery of the car. However, please note that due to scheduling and other factors, we may not always be able to fulfill this request.

Only IDP issued under the 1949 Convention will be accepted. An IDP issued under the Paris Convention (1926), Washington Convention (1943) and Vienna Convention (1968) will not be accepted!
