You will receive an SMS text 24 hours prior to your pickup time with an active link to the Shuttle requesting system. There is a free shuttle service to ferry you to and from the Ace Rental Cars location, this runs from 8am until 4.30pm. Please dial either 1800 620 408 or 07 5598 2247 once you’re ready to be collected. The shuttle is a Yellow Van with ACE RENTAL CARS printed on the sides. Domestic Arrivals instructions..... Once you have collected your luggage and ready to be picked up, please make your way to towards International Arrivals and Coach Collections at the other end of the terminal.
