Domestic Airport Upon arrival at the Cairns Domestic Arrivals T2 Terminal, proceed to the Rental counter located opposite the baggage carousels to arrange your rental agreement. Please anticipate a waiting period of up to 20 minutes for the shuttle's arrival. Domestic Arrivals: Exit through the terminal doors nearest to the car rental desks. Take a left and proceed past the taxi area. Beyond the taxi rank, you'll find a footpath adorned with green and olive lines. Please follow these colorful guides until you spot a sign for the "Courtesy Coach Pickup Zone." International Arrivals: After exiting the terminal, make a right and continue walking. Look for footpath markings in blue and green. Follow these lines until you come across the "Courtesy Coach Pickup Zone" sign.

Here’s what you need to do to get yours during our business hours: Once you’ve got your luggage, give us a call on 1800 150 850. Press 1 and follow the prompts, to book your spot. For both the domestic and international terminals, exit the airport and follow the signs to the courtesy coach pick up area.  If you’re already in town, it’s approximately $10 in an Uber, or you can reach us on foot in about 20 minutes.
