When you arrive, please call +66 2 113 1155 (02 113 1155) and proceed to the 1st floor, Gate 7. Provide the booking confirmation number from your voucher. After receiving confirmation from the call center, cross the road to the outside lane. Look for the sign that says Car Rental Service. Our staff will assist you in signing the rental contract. A deposit starting at 8,000 baht is required at our parking lot, which is approximately 4 kilometers from the airport. Only credit card deposits are accepted. If you wish to transfer cash, please note that it may take 7-14 days for a refund, applicable only for Thai accounts. For non-Thai accounts, it may take 7-30 days for the credit limit to be automatically released back to your credit card. Please add our official Line (@haupcar) or WeChat to report any accidents immediately. If you are not at fault, no payment is required. However, if you are at fault or there is no other party involved, you will need to pay CDW as specified on your voucher, starting at 8,000 baht and according to other conditions outlined in the contract.
