Shuttle Bus Instructions IMPORTANT - July 5, 2023, through July 24, 2023, Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is undergoing major construction. Construction is currently taking place on the Crossfield Drive/Lindberg and the Crossfield Drive/AMPM intersections. All customers returning vehicles will need to follow the Airport signs. We recommend customers plan to allow for an additional 30 minutes when renting or returning vehicles to avoid any potential delays. COUNTER: Proceed outside for the blue common rental car bus to the rental car building. CARS: Cars are located directly outside the car rental building near the counter. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. The rental car bus will provide shuttle transportation to the terminal. IMPORTANT - Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is undergoing major construction. Construction is currently taking place on the Crossfield Drive/Lindberg and the Crossfield Drive/AMPM intersections. All Budget customers returning vehicles will need to follow the Airport signs and plan to allow for an additional 30 minutes when renting or returning vehicles to avoid any potential delays. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Drop box is available in the rental return area. The shuttle is available 24 hours a day.

The Rental Car Shuttle is located at the outer island outside of baggage claim. Upon exiting the shuttle, proceed to the left and around the building. Please proceed to the National counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys. Emerald Club members may skip the counter and head directly to the aisle. Simply proceed via the walkway to the Emerald Club area to choose your vehicle or choose from the area of the car class reserved.
