After picking up your luggage, without leaving the terminal, turn left and continue walking until you reach exit number 6. Once you exit the building, walk straight ahead, crossing the pedestrian crossing, and keep going straight to the end. Continue along the paved path and pass through a gate that will lead you to a parking area. There, you will find the yellow courtesy shuttle from Centauro Rent a Car, which passes every 10-15 minutes.

Upon arrival at Palma de Mallorca Airport, exit the baggage collection area into the Arrivals Hall. 1. Proceed to the nearest lift and go up to the 2nd floor. 2. Exit the terminal at the arrivals level, between gates B and C. 3. Walk under the bridge using the moving walkways, heading toward the parking building. 4. Cross two pedestrian crossings: the first with a traffic light, the second with pedestrian signs only. 5. Turn left and continue along the pedestrian path. 6. At the end, follow the black-painted pedestrian lane marked “Otros VTC” toward the parking building. 7. Continue until you find a red door labeled “Abonados G”. 8. Go through the door and walk a few more meters to reach the pick-up point. Our DRIVALIA shuttle will arrive shortly.

To find our courtesy bus: 1. Exit the arrivals terminal between doors B and C. 2. Walk along the conveyor belts toward the Parking building. 3. Cross the first pedestrian crossing with a traffic light, then turn left. 4. Walk 50 meters along the sidewalk to the next zebra crossing, where a black pedestrian path marked "Other VTC" begins. 5. Follow the path into the Parking building and continue until you see a red door with the sign "Abonats G." 6. Go through the door, and straight ahead, you will find the meeting point for our courtesy shuttle. For assistance, call +34 971 730 696. A white shuttle bus with the sign Dollar will be waiting for you at the Departures zone. When you are at the flight arrival area, you have to take the elevator up to the first floor, and just cross the street, the bus will be waiting for you on the right hand side (leaving the building). The Shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes. Please take note that a vehicle pick up or return out of office hours is not possible

Once you have passed through the baggage claim area, head to exit number 4 in the arrivals terminal (ground floor). Once outside, head straight towards the next building, following the Parking (P) and ‘CAR RENTAL’ signs. Once inside the building, you will see some escalators and lifts, which you should take to the 2nd floor. Once at the 2nd floor, you will see the entrance to the car park, where you will find our office.

Once you exit the baggage claim area (1), without leaving the terminal building, turn left and go to the end of the hall (2).You’ll find our office on your left.In this office they’ll give you your rental agreement (3).Once you’ve obtained the rental agreement, leave the terminal Once you’ve obtained the rental agreement, leave the terminal (1) and cross the walkway towards the parking building opposite the terminal (2).Enter the building. The staircases to access the car park are just behind the cafeteria (3).Go up to floor 1.Access the interior of the car park through the door on the right (4).Once inside, turn left and you’ll find the Record go pick-up office. In this office, they’ll give you the keys to your vehicle.

타이어가 펑크 나서 근처 자동차 정비소를 찾았는데, 우리가 렌터카를 이용 중인 것을 알자 수리는 불가능하다고 하고 도로 긴급출동에 전화를 걸라고 했어요. 정비소 사람이 긴급출동 전화 연결을 도와줬지만, 멀리까지 갔다가 다시 왔습니다. 알고 보니 도로 긴급출동 팀이 바로 그 정비소였습니다. 속은 것 같은 기분이 들었어요. 그러고 나서 출동을 하지 않겠다고 했고, 정비소에서는 렌터카 회사에 연락하라고 했습니다. 그래서 우리가 전화를 걸어 도로 긴급출동 요청을 취소하고 스스로 수리하겠다고 했습니다. 근처에 또 다른 정비소를 찾아갔더니 수리가 가능하다고 했지만, 도로 긴급출동 팀이 우리를 못 떠나게 했습니다. 영어가 익숙하지 않아 그들이 준 문서에 서명을 했습니다. 차를 검사한다며 차량을 가져가더니 몇 백 미터 떨어진 정비소로 차를 끌고 가고, 결국 견인 비용을 청구당했습니다.
