이 기아 스포티지는 상대적으로 차량 상태가 좋았지만, 대여 이튿날 주차장에서 시동을 걸었을 때 차량 배터리가 방전되었습니다. 우리가 가져온 점프 케이블로도 시동을 걸 수 없었습니다. 다행히 호텔 직원의 도움으로 차량을 겨우 시동 걸 수 있었습니다. 그러나 이 사건으로 인해 40~50분 정도 지체되었고 일부 일정에 영향을 미쳤습니다.

1. 공항에 도착한 뒤 약 한 시간 동안 대기해야 했고, 여러 번 연락했지만 곧 도착한다고만 하며 결국 공항 길가에서 친구와 함께 한 시간을 기다려야 했습니다. 믿음직스럽지 않았습니다. 2. 차량을 받을 때 기름이 반통 밖에 없었고, 반납 시 기름을 반통으로 맞추는 것이 어렵다 보니 결국 가득 채웠는데, 직원은 우리가 자발적으로 채운 것이라며 신경 쓰지 않았습니다. 정말 답답했습니다. 3. 차량이 더럽고 낡았으며, 외관에 많은 긁힘이 있었고 내부도 더럽고 냄새가 났습니다.

전체적인 서비스 직원들은 괜찮았지만, 공항에 지점이 없어서 WhatsApp으로 차량을 주고받아야 했습니다. 비밀 메시지를 주고받는 것 같은 느낌이 들었습니다. 렌트 회사 자체는 괜찮았지만 이집트 여행은 전혀 추천하지 않습니다. 정말 시골처럼 느껴집니다.

T3 도착 홀에 위치한 카운터. 장비가 낡았고 절차 처리 시간이 오래 걸립니다. 공항에서 나갔다 다시 들어오는 것이 번거롭습니다. 제공된 차량은 이미 8만 km를 넘었으며 차체에 심한 긁힘이 있습니다. 이런 식으로 주행 거리 제한이 있는 차량은 없었고, 초과 시 구매가 필요하며 100km당 25달러입니다.

이번에는 카운터에서 무제한 주행 거리와 풀 보험을 구매했는데, 전반적으로 꽤 원활했어요. 차량 반납도 약 5분 정도 소요되었습니다.

차량은 만족스러웠습니다. 차가 오래됐고 주행거리 13만 킬로미터였지만 상태는 양호했습니다. 렌터카 회사의 직원이 부족해서 차량을 받을 때 한 시간을 기다렸고, 반납할 때는 공항 주차장에서 한 시간 후에야 직원이 차량을 받아주었습니다.
