You will receive an SMS with a link 24 hours prior to collection, after you have collected your luggage please click on the link in the SMS to request the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus driver will reply and provide you with directions to the meeting point for the shuttle transfer. If you have issues with accessing the online shuttle ordering system via the SMS link, please call our Reservations team on: Toll Free: 1800 028 881 or International +61 7 5555 8900 and then press Option 2 to request the shuttle pick up Last shuttle service will run 30 minutes prior to close.

자동차 운전면허 요건

주 운전자와 추가 운전자는 본의명의 실물 운전면허증을 제출해야 합니다. 면허증 발급기간은 최소 1-2 년 이상이여야 하며 심각한 벌점이 없어야 합니다.

외국인 운전자 일 경우 아래 문서를 지참해야 합니다.

Rental cars can only be driven on sealed/bitumen or well maintained roads. Vehicles are not to be taken above the snow line. Not allow to drive between mainland Australia and Tasmania in either direction or into or out of the Northern Territory or Western Australia; Excluded from the protection is on the ferry or driving on beaches or through streams, dams, rivers or flood water. Please note, any vehicle towing or recovery costs incurred while located on any of the islands and locations listed above will be at the Customer’s expense and we are unable to guarantee the provision of a replacement vehicle.
